True professional 2:3 pulldown on MAGNETIC Sound Film at 24 fps.  Sound Speed is adjusted to accommodate for optimum video transfer which is 23.976 fps.

Silent speed is 16 fps - the way it was originally photographed Silent speed is adjusted to accommodate for optimum video transfer at 18 fps. Silent films are restored to the original frame rate of 16 fps. Some inter-frame blending is normal and expected. You see your film at the speed it was originally photographed.
